If you want to return the item due to imperfections of craftsmanship that you feel affect the item OR you decided you no longer want the item. You may return the item however you must pay return shipping. Realize that what you see on our web site is not exactly what you are going to get because wood items tend to have different grains, accept stains differently or we may alter the item in order to make if fit your needs. This is why we send pictures of the finished product prior to shipping for your approval.
--Once the item is received and it is in resale shape, not damaged, then we will refund the cost of the item. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THIS INSTANCE. You will receive your refund in the same manner of payment you purchased, or we will work with you on refund type.
